Mr. Sottongs analysis has appeared in Bloomberg BNAs Bulletin to Management, Human Resources Report, and Human Resources Library on the Web. He is also editorial director for Bloomberg BNAs HR Department Benchmarks and Analysis Survey and BNAs Employer Bargaining Objectives Survey Report.

Prior to coming to Bloomberg BNA, Mr. Sottong conducted consumer survey research in the automotive industry and elective politics.
