Albert is a tax attorney, and a CPA, with legal experience that includes service in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, the Federal Election Commission Office of General Counsel, and EY’s National Tax Department. Before joining Bloomberg BNA, Albert was Task Lead for Global Tech Inc., a federal contractor, supporting the U.S. Department of Energy. Albert has a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ryan Prillaman is a tax law editor with Bloomberg BNA where he focuses on corporate and partnership federal tax issues. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and lives in Arlington, Virginia.
Annabelle Gibson is a managing editor in the state tax department at Bloomberg BNA, responsible for state excise and industry-specific tax products, as well as state tax administration and procedure coverage. Annabelle works on maintaining and developing BBNA tax management products, and contributes to BBNA publications, including the Weekly State Tax Report. She also contributes to the “Extras on Excise” blog series, which covers current excise tax developments and highlights reactions to changes in state law that affect excise taxes and fees. She holds a B.A. from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA, and a J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, MS.
