The U.S. Supreme Court has now ruled that most of the health care reform law is constitutional. However, an election season is approaching where health care reform issues will loom large.

Join Maureen Maly, Partner, and Cynthia Lee, Special Counsel, with Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, as they look at the meaning and effect of the Supreme Court ruling on human resources professionals and the prospects for legislative change.

During the webinar, attendees will:

  • Hear about different approaches employers have taken in responding to required changes--and the challenges and benefits they have encountered
  • Find out steps proactive employers are taking as they await the release of additional guidance
  • Understand the legal issues associated with health care reform

Register quickly and easily online  to secure your space now. Or, please call 1-800-372-1033 option 6, then sub-menu option 1, and refer to date and title of conference. Lines are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, excluding most federal holidays.
