Ajay Raghavan
is a partner in the Bangalore office of Trilegal and heads the labour and employment law practice of the firm. Ajay has worked extensively on drafting and modifying both local and international employment manuals and has advised clients on issues such as structuring employee stock option schemes as well as structuring and negotiating senior management contracts in different sectors.
