His practice covers a wide range of UK employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Contentious work includes Employment Tribunal claims such as unfair dismissal and unlawful discrimination and High Court proceedings such as the enforcement of restrictive covenants and bonus disputes. Non-contentious work includes Board level reorganisations and executive terminations, drafting senior level employment contracts and bonus plans, advising on redundancies and restructurings and dealing with the employment aspects of corporate transactions such as acquisitions, outsourcings and takeovers, often cross-border.
