Proposed rules on information reporting requirements under the Affordable Care Act were designed to make things as easy as possible for employers, but may still leave some burdensome tasks for employers to complete, retirement groups and practitioners tell Bloomberg BNA in a series of interviews. “What they're trying to do is a good thing,” says Steve Wojcik, vice president of public policy for the National Business Group on Health. Wojcik says he thinks the proposed rules are a good step toward making the employer reporting burden more sensible.
