Economic conditions are forcing businesses across industries and locations to look for new ways to create efficiencies while boosting productivity.

In the payroll area, one option for meeting these objectives is to convert paper payroll processes to electronic ones. Moving to electronic payroll has its challenges, but the potential benefits can far offset those challenges.

Join Bloomberg BNA and speakers Cathy Beyda, of counsel with Paul Hastings, and Jill Goebel, Payroll Card Product Manager for Visa U.S.A., for a discussion of how businesses can achieve an electronic payroll by offering a payroll card solution in addition to direct deposit. Webinar participants will learn the challenges and the benefits of implementing an electronic payroll solution, along with best practices for implementing payroll cards.

Specifically, this Webinar will address:
1.How electronic payroll programs with payroll cards work.
2.How to achieve 100% electronic pay.
3.Best practices for successful payroll card programs.
4.How to overcome challenges to electronic pay programs.

Join Cathy Beyda and Jill Goebel as they discuss how pay cards work and how they can, together with direct deposit, take an employer to a more cost-effective and safer paperless payroll.
