  • Rethinking the OFCCP from systemic discrimination back to AA
  • Changes in affirmative action for veterans and people with disabilities
  • Changes in affirmative action for the construction industry
  • The new approach to more in-depth compliance reviews
  • The future of compensation discrimination analysis and how to approach it strategically

The speakers will also present the results of Affirmative Action Services' recent nationwide study on best practices in Contractor Compensation Analysis and the OFCCPs intention to rescind their 2006 Interpretive Standards for Compensation Discrimination.
