Jeffrey H. Snyder, Vice President, Senior Consultant, Retirement Plan Services

Jeffrey is a Vice President, Senior Consultant with Cammack LaRhette Consulting, Inc. He is responsible for establishing formal fiduciary review processes, evaluating investment managers and service providers and benchmarking plan features and fees for his clients. In addition to his consulting responsibilities, Jeffrey manages a team of consultants who service Cammack LaRhette’s retirement plan clients.

Jeffrey has over 16 years of broad-based defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plan experience consulting to private, public/governmental, and not-for-profit employers. Jeffrey was previously employed as a fiduciary and plan search consultant by a National benefits/investment consulting firm and has worked for major financial services organizations. He has been a member of many industry groups including the American Benefits Council, Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America, Society of Professional Asset-Managers and Record Keepers and previously served on the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Plan Administrator's Legislative Committee. Jeffrey is often quoted in and writes articles for various industry periodicals and journals.

Jeffrey has a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Finance from the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore and a Bachelors of Business Administration specializing in Information Systems from Hofstra University (New York).

Eric Paley, Partner, Nixon Peabody

Eric Paley is a member of the Nixon Peabody’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation team and serves as Deputy Practice Group Leader of the broader Labor and Employment Practice Group. He focuses his practice on the law and regulations governing retirement plans (e.g., pension, profit-sharing, 401(k), and 403(b) plan compliance), welfare plans (e.g., group health plan, group insurance plan, cafeteria plan, HIPAA, and COBRA compliance), nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and equity compensation plans. A significant portion of Eric’s practice also involves counseling retirement plan committees on their fiduciary responsibilities under ERISA. Eric has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers® and has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in Employee Benefits/ERISA law by Super Lawyers magazine.

Matthew Rauseo, Director, BlackRock

Matthew Rauseo is an investment strategist Director in BlackRock's US and Canada Defined Contribution group. He is responsible for representing BlackRock's Defined Contribution capabilities to institutional investors, investment consultants and advisors. Additionally, he is responsible for maintaining relationships with stable value investment managers and wrap providers.

Prior to joining the Defined Contribution group, Mr. Rauseo was a member of the US and Canada Institutional team within BlackRock's Global Client Group. In this role, he was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, including public and private pension plans, foundations and endowments. Mr. Rauseo's service with the firm dates back to 2001, including his years at State Street Research & Management (SSRM), which merged with BlackRock in 2005. At SSRM, he was a Client Service Associate, responsible for institutional client service, focused on fixed income products.

Mr. Rauseo earned a BS degree, cum laude, in finance and management from Northeastern University in 2001.
