Anthony Polito is Associate Academic Dean and Professor of Law at Suffolk University Law School in Boston where he has been teaching since 2001. Prior to joining the faculty at Suffolk, Mr. Polito was a Visiting Professor of Law at Boston College Law School. 

Before starting his career in academia, Mr. Polito worked in the private sector as an associate at several law firms, including: Willkie, Farr & Gallagher, Richards & O’Neil, and Debevoise & Plimpton, all located in New York City. He also served as a clerk to the Honorable Jack B. Jacobs, DE Court of Chancery, in Wilmington, DE, from 1989-1990. Mr. Polito is a prolific author having written numerous books, BNA Tax Management Portfolios, chapters in book compilations and news articles on a wide variety of tax issues.
