Ariane Brohez

Ariane is a member of the Belgian Real Estate Practice Group and of the Benelux Investment Management/Funds Team at Loyens & Loeff in Brussels, Belgium.

Ariane has a broad practice of counselling and litigating in real estate matters, with a focus on rights in rem and real estate taxation (both direct and indirect taxation, including for PPP). She has particular experience in structuring real estate investments and financing, and is regularly involved in real estate transactions (portfolios, share deals, sale & lease back, (re)financing), handling deals from initial offer or term sheet to closing.

Ariane also specializes in Belgian corporate income tax and withholding taxes, as well as in (the compliance of domestic legislation with) European tax law and Constitutional tax law.

Ariane has been a member of the Brussels Bar (since 2001), of the International Bar Association (since 2008) and of the International Fiscal Association (since 2014).
