Arnold Hanish

Arnold C. Hanish, University of Cincinnati, B.A. Accounting; member of the Indiana CPA Society, the Ohio Society of CPA’s, and the AICPA, chairperson of the Financial Executive’s International – Committee on Corporate Reporting, serves on the FEI-SEC and FEI-PCAOB subcommittees, member of the Standing Advisory Group of the PCAOB from 2004 to 2008 ; Responsible for the global accounting process, including Sarbanes-Oxley, as well as the U.S. payroll, shareholder and stock option services, and business partner support for corporate staff functions, and consulting on business development activities such as M&A and in- and out-license of compound technologies.
