Stanford P. Berenbaum is the Vice President and General Counsel of Illitch Holdings, Inc. He was previously the Vice President of Purchasing and Quality Assurance and the Vice President and General Counsel for Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Water Intelligence, and the President and CEO of American Leak Detection, Inc.
Mr. Berenbaum was previously a Partner with Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, where he specialized in antitrust law.
He earned his B.A. from Wayne State University and his J.D. from the Wayne State University Law School.
He is a co-author of Bloomberg BNA Health Law & Business Portfolio Series No. 1400, Health Care Mergers and Acquisitions: The Antitrust Perspective.
