Bloomberg BNA Publishes Update to Patent, Trademark, Copyright Regulations

Bloomberg BNA announces publication of the supplement to Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Regulations, a resource that responds to rapidly changing requirements of intellectual property laws. The April 2013 Supplement discusses final rules and examiner guidelines for the new “first-inventor-to-file” procedures, as well as new United States Patent and Trademark Office rules and fee-setting authority.

Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Regulations is a convenient, one-volume compilation of all the intellectual property regulations found in C.F.R. Volume 37. It also includes other materials—agency policy pronouncements; citations to public laws, the Federal Register, and Bloomberg BNA’s Patent, Trademark & Copyright Journal; vital information governing the operations of the Patent and Trademark Office, Copyright Office, and Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panels; and comprehensive indexes to help streamline legal research.
