Now available: BNA’s new ERISA Litigation Tracker™.  A smart, simple, streamlined resource designed to help practitioners stay on top of key ERISA cases as they are filed and litigated in federal courts. 

  

 ERISA Litigation Tracker allows users to quickly filter through cases and find the ones most important to the user’s practice—accessing briefs, motions, decisions, and other important documents filed in each case.  Users can also customize a watchlist and receive key alerts to stay on top of newly filed complaints or other critical filings.  Valuable insight via special reports and interviews with leading ERISA attorneys is also included.
