BNA PLUS document delivery services provide quick, convenient access to copies of original documents. BNA PLUS gives customers one source to call for copies of draft or final legislation, special tax or trade rulings, federal and state court opinions, and copies of union or company documents filed at federal agencies. In addition, BNA has developed one of the most extensive private collections of published and unpublished documents from U.S. government, business, labor, and legal sources. Materials from these unique archives are available to customers only through BNA PLUS. Document orders are delivered by fax, UPS, Federal Express and e-mail.
Document Delivery Schedule
Standard documents: 24 hours for in-house documents. Includes most documents cited in BNA publications and selected congressional, IRS, and GPO documents.
Court opinions: 4 hours for in-house documents. From federal and state district and appeals courts.
Special orders such as state legislation, laws, and regulations, may take longer than standard delivery
time.
Rush document surcharge applied if document is required faster than standard delivery time.
Document Fees:
$27 per document up to 200 pages.
Special pricing for longer documents.
Rush Document Surcharge: $35. Shipping, handling, state sales tax, messenger, fax, or expedited shipment charges are additional.
