BNA's Mentoring Program

BNA is committed to the career advancement and professional growth of our employees. In pursuit of this commitment, we have implemented a mentoring program. This formalized and innovative program can be a powerful tool in promoting recruitment and retention, while at the same time, enabling BNA to maintain its competitive advantage by capitalizing on our existing talent.

The mentoring program links a less experienced employee with a senior, more experienced employee who has similar background and/or career seeking interests to help foster his/her career development and professional growth. The program offers tremendous benefits for both the mentor and mentee. The mentor can act as a sounding board on a variety of career-related issues or questions such as, “Should I bid on that job?” “Why should I enroll in college?” “How can I improve my writing, speaking, technical skills?” The mentor is exposed to a myriad of novel ideas presented to him/her by their mentee, get the satisfaction of aspiring the mentee, and get the pleasure of knowing they're contributing to the overall success of BNA.
