Victoria (Tory) Ruttenberg is a management consultant with an expertise in mediation. Her company, Ruttenberg Consulting LLC, provides conflict resolution between senior executives, team effectiveness and communication training, executive coaching, retreat design and facilitation, and recruitment and retention troubleshooting.
Tory holds a B.A. from Yale University, a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a Certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown University. In addition, she received her certificate in mediation from the Center for Dispute Settlement in 1990, and has mediated more than 100 cases. Prior to founding Ruttenberg Consulting in 1997, Tory practiced law for 11 years with Brown & Wood (since merged with Sidley Austin), Jones Day, and the federal governments General Services Administration.
