A: Your six-digit customer number is your own unique BNA identifier, whether you are the end user or subscriber, the one who pays the bills, or the one who receives the publication. There is only one number you need to remember that ties you to all your BNA transactions. You can find your customer number on a variety of correspondence you receive from us, including invoices and payment reminders. Q: How can I pay my BNA invoice?

A: There are several options for paying your BNA invoice.

  • By Check: You can mail the bottom portion of your BNA invoice along with a check payable (in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank) to BNA to:

  • Credit Card: To make a credit card payment, you can mail the bottom portion of your BNA invoice, with your complete credit card information recorded in the designated section on the back of your BNA invoice, and send it to the above address.
