TM Interactive Forms in Windows Vista

In order to install and be able to run TM Interactive Forms in Windows Vista there is an additional step required. You must turn OFF the UAC (User Account Control) for your User Account.

To do this:
Open Control Panel
Select User Account
Select the desired User Account
Choose "Turn off User Account Control"

You will be prompted to restart your computer.

After restart, go to the desired library (e.g.: library.bna.com, payroll.bna.com, etc…) and to the Interactive Forms section to launch and download program files, and install the program. After installation, launch the forms program for the first time to complete installation.

You can then close the program and return to control panel and User Accounts* to turn UAC back on. You will be prompted once again to restart your computer.

After restart, the forms program should run normally.

*After turning off UAC and restarting computer, a Security Warning Icon will appear on your task bar. Once installation is complete, you can also click on the Security Warning Icon, and it will open to show the current security settings. You may also turn UAC back on from there, then restart computer.
