Greg DeBor is a Managing Director of Manatt Health Solutions, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. With over 25 years of experience in information technology, Mr. DeBor advises stakeholders across the healthcare industry and public sector in planning for health reform, accountable care, health insurance/benefit exchange (HIX/HBE) and health IT. He is recognized as a leading authority on electronic health records, interoperability, healthcare administrative simplification and health information exchange (HIE).

Prior to joining Manatt, Mr. DeBor was a client partner in the Healthcare Group of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he led the successful launch of the nation's first website for health insurance exchange and reform under Massachusetts' groundbreaking coverage expansion law on behalf of the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector.

Mr. DeBor served as a technical advisor to the U.S. Senate, providing in-depth insight into healthcare operations and technology-related subjects, and crafting sections of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) related to HIPAA, health data and information standards, and administrative simplification. Before joining CSC in 1993, Greg served as Vice President for information Services at First Winthrop Corporation in Boston.

He earned his B.S. from Boston University.
