Diane J. Fuchs


Attorney

Diane J. Fuchs is formerly of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, where, until her retirement, she headed the firm’s Washington employee benefits practice group. Fuchs has almost three decades of experience advising corporate clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. She has also served as president of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and as chair of the ABA Tax Section's Employee Benefits Committee. Fuchs is a recent past president and an advisory member of the Board of Directors of the ABA Retirement Funds, an organization that provides retirement plans to more than 4,500 lawyers and has more than  $4.5 billion under management. Fuchs is a member of the Bloomberg BNA Pension & Benefits Publications Advisory Board. She studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a B.A. in political science from Douglass College at Rutgers University and a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark.
