Make a difference
Our commitment
At Bloomberg Industry Group, we recognize that a diverse workforce strengthens our company. Today, nearly 50% of our workforce, people managers, and executive leadership are women. And people of color represent nearly 40% of our workforce, 30% of our managers, and more than 50% of our external hires over the past 12 months. However, we still have important work to do to become the organization we aspire to be!
That’s why we remain firmly committed to making Bloomberg Industry Group more diverse, equitable, and inclusive and will continue to implement policies and programs that build a strong culture.
