Donald B. Mr. Reynolds focuses his practice on financings, acquisitions and business planning for a variety of businesses, including both closely and widely held entities. His clients include mortgage companies, real estate brokerage firms, insurance companies and real estate developers. Reynolds specializes in tax and business and international tax. He is admitted to District of Columbia. Mr. Reynolds has represented the largest privately-held real estate brokerage firm in the country in virtually all of its significant acquisitions and financings. In addition to the brokerage business, the client's subsidiaries operate mortgage, title insurance and casualty insurance businesses. Along with his transactional work, Don also specializes in tax planning for partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations and is a frequent contributor to tax publications and tax conferences.
