Vice President for Customer Operations

Donna Ives heads up Customer Operations for Bloomberg BNA, overseeing customer training, product and technical support, and billing operations.

Ives joined BNA in 1981 and has held a number of leadership positions, including managing software applications and operations in Production, designing and enforcing data standards throughout the company, and helping to design the company’s major publishing and editorial systems. She also led BNA’s in-house library staff, data analysts, indexing operations, and the customer research department.

Ives has served on BNA subsidiary boards. Before joining BNA she held sales and systems integration positions with a Maryland-based publishing and software company, implementing document management and publishing systems for customers including government agencies, law schools, and universities.
