Measuring the effectiveness of employee handbooks has become more important, and more urgent, for employers. Regularly, new areas of potential noncompliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations are being identified by employers. And in the competition for talent, the employers brand and reputation matter. Employees, applicants, recruiters, and even competitors measure the best-place-to-work qualities of your employment policies.

How does your employee handbook measure up? What tool can you use to score your results? This webinar is designed to give employers a head start at analyzing the employee handbook for impact and effectiveness. It is tailored for HR professionals, risk managers, internal auditors, in-house counsel, CFOs, CEOs, and management consultants, or other individuals who want to learn how to use, develop, and implement effective employee handbooks.

Join Ronald Adler, president and CEO of Laurdan Associates, Inc., as he discusses:

  • The development of an employee handbook scorecard
  • The key findings of a recent employee handbook survey
  • How to identify critical handbook policies
  • The growing list of compliance issues faced by employers
  • The diversity of multiple state handbook requirements
  • How to develop employee handbook key performance indicators
  • Methods to improve employee handbook implementation and results
