Agenda

ERISA litigation is a constantly evolving subject matter. Although the Supreme Court recently answered some long-standing questions, it has, as always, let other questions go unaddressed. Meanwhile, the circuit courts have been busy reaching conflicting results in high-stakes ERISA cases. This BNA webinar is no garden-variety review of the Supreme Court's last term. Our panel, consisting of leading ERISA practitioners from across the country, will not only dissect recent Supreme Court rulings, but will debate the issues that are likely to appear on the Supreme Court's docket in the coming years. Join us for our second annual ERISA Bubbles webinar as panelists share their from-the-trenches views on what the future of ERISA litigation holds.

Program Highlights:

• Reviewing the implications of recent Supreme Court decisions
• Learning what the Supreme Court is NOT deciding
• Exploring circuit conflicts that may call for Supreme Court consideration
• Understanding the decisions that drive future ERISA litigation trends
• Staying in front of the competition

• Insurance company and human resources management personnel
• Claims administrators for pension, health, disability, and life insurance plans
