Kevin Eskew is the former managing director of the Health Care practice at Dentons in Chicago, Illinois where he provided management consulting services on performance improvement, process redesign, developing internal controls, automating inefficient/manual work flow, health care compliance and regulatory issues, research operations, strategic planning, and other health care-related financial management issues.
He also provided advisory and administrative services for various operational functions within hospitals and health systems, including compliance and research. Mr. Eskew worked with major payers, biotech and pharmaceutical companies and advised higher education institutions (including academic health centers) on various financial and operational challenges.
Prior to joining Dentons, Mr. Eskew was a director at Huron Consulting Group, where he provided management consulting services to provider organizations with focused services in areas such as program development, process improvement, work flow analysis, internal controls reviews, and strategic planning. Previously, he was an Associate at Arthur Andersen Building Consulting and an Associate at Dorris & Associates.
Mr. Eskew received his B.A. from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
He is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA Health Law & Business Portfolio Series No. 3200, The Regulation and Management of Clinical Research.
