Ames Gross, President, PacificBridge

 
Ames Gross founded Pacific Bridge, Inc. in 1988 and has been involved in recruiting and human resources issues in Asia for more than two decades. He has written articles for SHRM Global Forum (Washington, DC), Benefits and Compensation International (London), China Economic Review (London), International HR Journal (New York City), HR Magazine (Washington, DC), and HR Focus (New York City). Mr. Gross has given speeches on Asian recruiting and human resources issues for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM, Washington, DC), the National Foreign Trade Council (NFTC, New York City) and other human resources organizations. Prior to establishing PBI, Mr. Gross gained broad experience, knowledge, and contacts in Asia while working for Wall Street firms in Asia. Mr. Gross has a BA degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania (1978) and an MBA from Columbia University (1982).
