FASB's Trustees in Active Search for Next Chairman; Seidman to Leave by June 2013

The Financial Accounting Foundation's appointments and evaluations committee has begun an active search for a successor to Financial Accounting Standards Board Chairman Leslie Seidman, FAF President and Chief Executive Officer Terri Polley said Sept. 21.
