Stephen A. Fogdall is a Partner in the Philadelphia office of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP where he participates in numerous areas of the Firm's commercial
litigation practice, including financial services litigation, product
liability litigation, and class action defense. He has litigation
experience in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate
levels. He is co-chair of the Firm's Financial Services Litigation
Practice Group and a member of the Firm's Pro Bono Committee.
Mr. Fogdall earned his B.A., magna cum laude, and his Ph.D from the University of Washington and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
He is the author of Bloomberg BNA Banking Practice Portfolio Series No. 407, Fair Lending.
