Suzanne Rich Folsom serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, leading Legal, Ethics & Compliance, at Philip Morris International Inc. Prior to joining PMI, Folsom was General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President–Government Affairs at U.S. Steel. She also previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of ACADEMI LLC; Deputy General Counsel and Chief Regulatory and Compliance Officer for the American International Group (AIG); and Counselor to the President of the World Bank Group and Director of its Department of Institutional Integrity. She received her B.A. from Duke University and her J.D. from Georgetown University.
