John T. Gabrielides is a Shareholder in the Chicago office of Brinks Gilson & Lione. Mr. Gabrielides is past chair of the Trademark practice group and focuses his practice on all aspects of trademark, unfair competition, false advertising and copyright law, including litigation before federal courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also has experience in counseling, licensing and litigation relating to patents.
He was previously an attorney with Laff, Whitesel, Conte & Saret, Ltd. and Hosier & Sufrin, Ltd. in Chicago.
Mr. Gabrielides earned his B.A. from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law.
He is the co-author of the Bloomberg BNA treatise Trademark Litigation Practice.
