The need for resilience in the face of shifting social and environmental landscapes, as well as natural and manmade disasters is a truism. Many global employers already experience the profound impact of a rapidly changing world on the health and productivity of employees, and seek support from EAPs, Employee Assistance Programs.

Implementing an EAP is the natural choice to enhance employee and organization resilience. Successful companywide implementation, however, is not a one size fits all solution. It requires internal collaboration with stakeholders, local program relevance, and credibility with employees. Before they can reap the full benefits of an EAP in the global workforce, corporate advocates for the EAP are often challenged to make the case internally and to select providers that can respond to diverse cultural values, understand local needs and requirements, and deliver and engage local stakeholders and employees.

Join Rensia Melles, Manager Global Solutions at Shepell.fgi, as she explores:

  • Employee and employer challenges to health and productivity solutions
  • How to select global EAPs that match organizational vision and needs
  • Guidelines for successful  implementation of international EAPs
  • Benchmarking your organization against trends in the geographical expansion of EAPs in different regions and different industries
