“Working better together is effective when employees are rewarded for making their business the best it can be. The process is called GoalSharing.” —Harold "Rug" Altmansberger, CCP, Principal of Goalsharing Consulting

The performance rewards system leads employee efforts to key business goals for winning together. Business teamwork begins with sharing the same business goals and supporting each other to make continuous improvement a reality. Leadership develops a collaborative environment by sponsoring the business scorecard process that rewards improvement with fair, stretch goals. A business focused workforce with motivation and teamwork drives competitive advantage.

The payout can be self-funding since no money is involved until the results are achieved. If there is no improvement, there is no payout. Normally there is considerable improvement.

This webinar will discuss the business incentive process described above that is active worldwide in all of that corporation’s business units. It has a 20-year track record for a major US corporation having over 50% of its business outside the U/S.
