Greta Cowart--a member of the BNA Pension & Benefits Publications Advisory Board--has been selected as a winner of the 2010 BNA Insights Award.
The award honors those practitioners and thought leaders who have authored the best BNA Insightsarticles of the year across BNA's wide-ranging news services. Greta and her co-author, Nellie Strong, were recognized for their July 2010 piece, one of five articles published in 2010 selected by the awards committee.
The article: "Health Care Reform: Is it Really Advantageous to Maintain a Grandfathered Group Plan," ran in BNA's Pension & Benefits Daily (133 PBD, 7/14/10) and the BNA Pension & Benefits Reporter (37 BPR 1586 (7/20/10)).
“The rich, practical experience of the contributors was on clear display in all of these BNA Insights,” said Michael Eisenstein, Vice President and Group Publisher of BNA’s Legal and Business Publishing Division. “The BNA Insights Award winners truly had to raise the level of their analysis to set themselves apart in such a distinguished field of thought leaders.”
Available to BNA subscribers, BNA Insights is a unique, comprehensive library of articles and videos that offer exclusive access to expert commentary from top law specialists on a full range of current legal issues and trends. BNA Insights articles are available to subscribers as part of BNA's Pension & Benefits Daily, BNA Pension & Benefits Reporter, and the new Benefits Practice Resource Center, which contains both articles and videos.
Greta practices in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group at Haynes and Boone in Dallas.
A list of all five winning articles, as well as more information on BNA Insights and how to become a contributor, can be found on BNA's corporate communications page.
