Bálint is a senior associate, based in Knight Bird & Bird Iroda's Budapest office. He is head of the Budapest Intellectual Property (IP) group and a member of our
international Tech & Comms group. His practice areas include IT, privacy and data
protection law, and he has a degree in computer science.
Bálint is an expert in the day-to-day operations of
telecommunication and Internet service providers, having advised one of the
major local mobile telephone operators in relation to data protection and IT
relation issues. He has drafted internal policies, terms and conditions,
privacy policies, and also assisted clients in negotiations with suppliers and
authorities.
