SPECIAL ADDENDUM for BNA's Internet Law News registrants only:
Your name and identification information will not be sold or rented to any third party, and you will not receive any unsolicited communications from third parties as a result of signing up to receive BNA's Internet Law News e-mail service.
Further, if you do not wish to receive an occasional communication from BNA about a related information service as a result of signing up to receive BNA's Internet Law News e-mail, please check the appropriate box on the registration page.
Credit Cards
In some instances, BNA collects credit card information provided by you for billing purposes. BNA collects this information for the convenience of our customers but does not store, use, or share credit card information for any other purpose.
Security Safeguards
BNA takes technical, administrative, and physical steps to protect against unauthorized access to and disclosure of individually identifiable information used to administer its customer accounts. All such information is handled securely within BNA and is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
