Thank you for your interest in BNA's E-mail Service! This E-mail product is provided on a complimentary, no-charge basis. Once you register, BNA will begin delivering your E-mail Service(s) with the next available publication update.

Use of the E-mail Service(s) is subject to certain conditions as set forth below. If you do not agree with these terms or no longer wish to receive this FREE service, please contact BNA to discontinue service [Customer Relations, phone 1-800-372-1033; E-mail customercare@bna.com].

SUMMARY OF AGREEMENT FOR USE OF CERTAIN BNA COMPLIMENTARY NO-CHARGE SERVICE(S)

Use of the E-mail Service(s) will constitute acceptance of the terms as summarized below, and the full license contained in the text attachment. Other terms and conditions do apply to the use of BNA for-fee E-mail services. If you have special needs or concerns, please contact your local BNA representative or BNA Customer Relations.

BNA will distribute one (1) direct E-mail message per registered recipient. The recipient may forward the E-mail Service(s) to colleagues, students and friends and encourage them to register to receive their own personal copy of this complimentary e-mail service.

The BNA Service(s) contains proprietary material of BNA which is protected by copyright and other laws respecting proprietary rights. BNA retains all rights in the Service(s). Customer may not use the Service(s) except as expressly permitted under this license and under U.S. copyright laws. The BNA copyright line may not be removed from any print or electronic copy of the Service(s).

This agreement does not permit the information contained in the E-mail Service(s) to be redistributed in print or electronic form in any manner that may infringe any copyright or proprietary interest of BNA. This agreement expressly prohibits the installation or copying of any portion of the E-mail Service(s) on any electronic medium, including but not limited to: networks, online service, electronic bulletin board service, World Wide Web or GOPHER site, or any other server that is Internet-enabled.
