Most organizations have been in survival mode since the Great Recession began. As the economy recovers and a new decade begins, a number of companies have raised the same strategic question: How can we be more innovative? To help answer that question, this webinar will take a closer look at innovation and present a series of steps that can be used by human resources to build a culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, risk-taking, and innovation.
Employers will learn how to put innovation in context by reviewing concepts, clarifying definitions, and highlighting current data trends in employee engagement. These concepts, trends, and definitions help employers identify the leadership and management practices, climate conditions, and organizational cultures that best foster and drive innovation.
This webinar is based on survey data compiled by Sirota Survey Intelligence. Each year Sirota collects data from approximately one million employees working in over 50 global, multi-national, and US-based companies. These companies cut across industries and range in size from 50 to over 200,000 employees. HR leaders, learning and leadership professionals, and anyone interested in or responsible for fostering innovation in their workplace will benefit from attending.
