Included in the Third Edition is information on extraterritorial application of each country’s laws and availability of class action procedures. The new 2011 Cumulative Supplement to Volumes IIA and IIB of International Labor and Employment Laws covers developments into 2011 and include discussions of the following topics:
- Significant changes to the Antidiscrimination Act in Austria that reduce pay disparities between men and women and end certain special protections for disabled persons in their first four years of employment
