Deborah Ellis Timberlake , Esq.,GPHR,CPP, Timberlake and Associates, is a n experienced executive with more than 20 years with positions with Fortune 200 companies and global service provider organizations. Currently a consultant, Deborah was Vice President Global Operations Convergys Corp. She served as Practice Leader for IBM Global Services team.

She has also held strategic roles at ADP and Hewitt Associates.  She has served on the Board of Directors for the APA and member of several task forces and committees including Best Practices, Global, Data Privacy.  Deborah is a regular speaker at APA conferences. She holds her license for law in NYS and has earned both CPP and GPHR certification.
