Jeffrey Rosenberg is a Managing Director in the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Washington National Tax Services Office in Washington, D.C.  Jeffrey has served as a federal income tax consultant and advisor for more than 20 years, specializing in the taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and real estate.  

During this time, Jeffrey has been actively involved in assisting numerous public and private companies in addressing federal tax matters including the structuring and negotiation of complex partnership arrangements; the unwind of partnership arrangements on a tax-deferred basis; helping clients through the tax aspects of debt workout transactions; structuring partnership employee compensation arrangements; the review of partnership agreements for IRS regulatory requirements;  and coordination of private letter ruling requests. 

Prior to joining PwC, Jeffrey was an attorney-advisor in the Pass-throughs and Special Industries Division of the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. Jeffrey has lectured on a number of tax topics at tax institutes throughout the United States. Jeffrey has co-authored several articles on various tax issues in the partnership area and is the co-author of Bloomberg BNA’s Tax Management Portfolio on Limited Liability Companies.
