As a leader in one of the most experienced and successful R&D practices in the country, the majority of Jim’s time for the last 25 years has been devoted to performing, managing, directing and defending R&D tax credit studies. He has extensive experience in every industry, including financial, chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, manufacturing, medical devices, high tech and more. Jim brings invaluable experience not only to the management and direction of large-scale studies but also to the defense of such studies upon IRS examination. In this regard, he has successfully represented many clients at both the examination and appellate level.
