Kathleen Caggiano’s “Incentives Watch” blog covers hot topics related to tax credits and incentives offered at the state level. Kathleen joined Bloomberg BNA in 2007, and currently serves as a State Tax Law Editor specializing in tax credits and incentives. She writes articles for the Weekly State Tax Report and helps maintain the various Bloomberg BNA state tax navigators, portfolios, nexus evaluators, and surveys.
