    Katie Johnson is a legal editor on Bloomberg BNA's Privacy & Security Law Report. Prior to joining BNA, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis J. Smith at the Fairfax County Circuit Court in Fairfax, Virginia. Katie is a magna cum laude graduate from Vermont Law School, where she was a member of the Vermont Law Review. She obtained her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire.
