Jacqueline Klosek is a Counsel in the Goodwin Procter LLP's Business Law Department and a member of its Intellectual Property Group. Her practice focuses on transactions involving technology and intellectual property. Ms. Klosek drafts and negotiates various technology agreements and advises on different aspects of the law related to intellectual property and technology. She also advises clients on various issues related to privacy and data security.

Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Klosek was employed as a legal adviser with the IT, E-Commerce and Electronic Financial Services Group in the Brussels office of Deloitte & Touche. She also completed internships with a number of international organizations, including the International Commission of Jurists in Geneva and the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Ms. Klosek has also lectured on international intellectual property law and the law of E-Commerce as an adjunct professor at New York University.

Ms. Klosek earned her B.A. from New York University and her J.D. from Yeshiva University.

 

She is the author of Bloomberg BNA Privacy & Data Security Practice Portfolio Series No. 525, Consumer Financial Privacy.
