Vivek Krishnamurthy is a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Law School's Cyberlaw Clinic. Mr. Krishnamurthy was previously an associate in the Corporate Social Responsibility Practice at Foley Hoag LLP where his work included assessing an internet company's policies and procedures to protect the privacy and free expression rights of its user, assisted an international NGO in developing a human rights action plan for telecom companies, developed a cloud computing strategy for a major manufacture, conducted a legal and reputational risk assessment for a crowdsourced humanitarian technology initiativ, and advised a human rights action plan for telecom companies on behalf of an international NGO.  Mr. Krishnamurthy served as a law clerk to Justice Morris J. Fish of the Supreme Court of Canada.  He received his B.A. from the University of Toronto, his M.Phil. from the University of Oxford and his J.D. from Yale Law School.

He is a co-author of Bloomberg BNA Corporate Practice Portfolio Series No. 93, Corporate Social Responsibility.  This portfolio volume discusses a wide range of legal and business concerns facing companies today. It also focuses primarily, but not exclusively, on the social impacts of business activities.
