Kristi has a wealth of litigation experience as both lead and associate trial counsel, in both jury and bench trials, in disputes involving copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, media and advertising, privacy/publicity, lending and financial services, commercial contracts, employment, business torts, fiduciary and professional duties and unfair competition in the marketplace. Kristi’s practice extends across the United States to clients and courts in venues including Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
