Tara K. Giunta / Paul Hastings LLP
Tara Giunta is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Paul Hastings. She has extensive experience advising companies in various industries, particularly sensitive sectors, such as technology, telecommunications, health care, defense, and more.

Ms. Giunta earned a J.D. from Columbus School of Law, Catholic University and a B.A. from Tufts University, cum laude, in 1980. Ms. Giunta has been ranked in the 2008 and 2009 editions of Chambers. She is a member of the International Practice Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA), American Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association, Women in Cable and Telecommunications (Board member, Programming co-chair, 2003 and 2004), and Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI). Ms. Giunta is a past chair of the Board of Directors of Kidsave International and current co-chair of the Compliance Committee of the Board, and is legal counsel to the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC). She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.

Robert B. Shanks / Raytheon Company
Robert Shanks is Vice President, Legal, International and Washington Operations. His responsibilities include overseeing international legal and regulatory compliance and providing international legal expertise across the Company's six operating businesses. He also oversees legal operations for Raytheon's foreign subsidiaries and international offices. Mr. Shanks joined Raytheon in 2003 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Raytheon Technical Services Company. He moved to his current position in 2005.

Mr. Shanks graduated from Brown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, in 1972 and from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of the Virginia Law Review, in 1975. He currently serves on the Board of the International Law Institute.

Julia C. Symon / KBR Inc.
Julia Symon is Director of Compliance at KBR Inc. She formerly served as Counsel at Clifford Chance. Ms. Symon attended Tulane University Law School and Tufts University, from where she earned a B.A. in Political Science.

Parth Chanda / Pfizer Inc.
Parth Chanda is Senior Corporate Counsel in the Anti-Corruption Program Office of the Compliance Division of Pfizer Inc. Parth has advised numerous global companies on the effective development and implementation of anti-corruption programs and conducted anti-corruption field work in Brazil, China, the Dominican Republic, Finland, Germany, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kuwait, Libya, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela. Parth attended Harvard Law School, Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and Northwestern University.
